Roll Call

IPA - Red
ABV: 7 | IBU: 50
Rating Score: 3.464 / 5.0

Let`s call the roll…Pine, Citrus, Earthy, Crisp and Balanced, Mild bitterness…PRESENT. Roll call is a unique Red IPA where each malt stands out as much as the hops, and each flavor compliments the next. Earthy pine gives way to a malt forward, dark fruit bitterness. Biscuit and roast smooth out the pallet for a slightly fruity and citrus finish.

Good Luck With That

Red Ale - American Amber / Red
ABV: 6 | IBU: 28
Rating Score: 3.73 / 5.0

This is our brewers favorite style to brew, so we started with all the best ingredients we could find! Weyermann pale malt sets the stage then we add Crisp caramel malt and Special B, known for its burnt sugar and raisin characteristics. Finally, a dash of rye ties it all together. Caramel and malt combine to bring you a sessionable balance of flavor. Cheers guys!

This bourbon barrel aged Belgian brown from Munkle Brewing is one of the best beers I’ve had in Charleston in a while! The bourbon flavor comes through perfectly - not overpowering but not too subtle. Pair that with a just-in soft shell crab @purlieucharleston (fantastic!), add chocolate cake, and call it a night! #westsidechs #chsbeer #eatchs #chsaletrail
